Important questions regarding Rich Content Editors that one must get answered

You might have some questions about the rich content editor and its additional tools. Here is what most people asked about the rich content tool:

Q. Which one is better: cloud-based or on-premises rich content editor?

Ans: Cloud-based is better because it can be accessed from any location, and you don't need to maintain servers or licenses.

On-premises is better because you have complete control over the functionality, and you have the option of installing it on your hardware.

Q. Are there any drawbacks to using a rich content editor?

Ans: Not really, but there are some drawbacks. If you use a rich content editor for your website, the site might have less security because you are putting all the power in one person's hands. Other people who become overwhelmed with all the tools and options on offer can create their templates and use the free templates available online.

Q. What is the difference between rich text and plain text?

Ans: The rich text is a format that is used for a variety of purposes, including creating a document that includes formatting such as fonts, styles, lines, and colors. The plain text refers to the basic format of text without any formatting.

Conclusion

A rich text editor works much like Microsoft word and other editor software. What sets it apart from the plain text editor is that the rich text editor offers the HTML and CSS text entry.

In a nutshell, the rich content editor saves your time and offers more productivity which is worth the investment.
