Formatting with Selection Toolbar
If penning down the words is the first step towards forming your content, formatting your piece gives it the final finishing touch of perfection. In this video, we will cover how you can use the Scalenut selection toolbar to -
- Include H2 and H3 tags
- Use the Bold, Italics, and Underline features

Proper content formatting is crucial to capturing and holding the attention of your target audience. Luckily, Scalenut provides a wide variety of powerful features to help achieve this goal. It's time to dive in and explore these mechanisms in detail to understand how they function.
To add H2 and H3 tags, select the desired text, and a toolbar will appear next. From there, choose the formatting you want to apply to your text.
To emphasize your text, click on the “Bold,” “Italic,” or “Underline” options in the selection toolbar. You can also change the text or background color from the same toolbar.
To add a link, select the text and click on the “Chain” icon in the toolbar, then paste your link and click “Save.”
What’s more? You can choose the ‘AI Tools’ option to customize your chosen text further if you wish to rephrase, extend, or shorten it.
The toolbar also displays the total character count and word limit of your chosen text.
