Account management
Scalenut’s dashboard makes it easier for a user to access and change their Account Settings. This video will take you through how you can:
- Edit profile details
- Add team members
- Upgrade/downgrade a plan
- Check usage and invoices
- Check transaction history
- Access archives and AI output history
Once you log in to the Scalenut dashboard, click on My Account at the bottom left panel to access or update your account settings.
To edit your profile details, go to the Profile tab in the Account section. Click on Edit Profile. Now you can edit basic details like name, email address, and phone number. Once done, click on the Update Profile button to save the changes made.
Similarly, you can also change your password by clicking on the Change Password button.
You can also view your account usage and invoices in this section.
To invite new members, click on the Team button located in the same tab. Next, click on Invite More. Enter the new member's name and email address. You can also assign the invited team member a particular tag using the Tag section. Tap on the Invite button once you are done.
You can check the Archive section to view any deleted SEO or AI documents.
Right under the Archives, you will find AI Outputs. Here you can access the outputs you have selected as your favorite and even check the timeline history of outputs generated by Scalenut AI.
To upgrade or downgrade a plan, click on the Subscriptions tab.
Choose the plan that fits your requirement and upgrade or downgrade accordingly.
To view your account usage, click on the Transactions tab. Here you will find a record of all your transactions. You can filter the transactions categorized by their functionality.
