Workspace Management
Scalenut’s Workspace Management system is the foundation of your GEO engine. It allows you to manage multiple brands, domains, or clients within a single, streamlined interface. By properly configuring each workspace, you train the AI on specific brand identities, ensuring that every piece of content generated is perfectly aligned with your unique voice and goals.
In this video, we cover:
- Creating & Switching Workspaces: Setting up new environments for different brands or clients.
- Brand Kit Configuration: Locking in core identities, competitors, and content styling targets.
- Tone of Voice Library: Building and storing unique styles through manual input or content analysis.
- Administrative Tools: Managing archives, domain permissions (GSC), and tracking technical audits via Change Logs.
Welcome to Workspace Management, the command center for scaling your content across multiple brands and domains.
1. Creating and Navigating Workspaces Start at the top of the left sidebar. Click the Workspace dropdown to add a new environment. Simply upload a brand icon, enter your company name, and provide the primary domain URL. You can switch between different workspaces instantly from this same dropdown. For a bird’s-eye view, navigate to Profile > My Account > Workspace to see all environments, their creation dates, and active status.
2. Configuring Your Brand Kit Inside Workspace Settings, the Brand Kit is where you lock in your brand’s core identity.
- The Basics: Define your brand name, domain, and top competitors.
- Content Styling: Set your default tone, brand summary, and readability targets.
- Visuals & Filters: Establish standards for image types, aspect ratios, and Anti-AI filters to ensure your content feels human and authentic.
3. Mastering Tone of Voice Consistency is key to machine trust. Use the Tone of Voice section to create new styles manually or by analyzing your existing top-performing content. These are stored in your library and can be applied to any article you write within that workspace.
4. Advanced Management Tools
- Archives: Search and filter all saved Article Writer outputs.
- Domains: Manage connected URLs and Google Search Console access permissions.
- Change Logs: Track every technical tweak made by tools like Link Manager or OnPage Pro. This provides a clear audit trail of your optimization evolution.
Repeat this setup for every new brand to ensure the AI is perfectly trained for each specific environment.
Workspace Settings make scaling GEO effortless. Configure once, and watch your strategy dominate AI discovery.
