1. Getting Started & Setup Head to the AI Visibility module to begin onboarding. Enter your brand name, domain, and target country. Select your key themes and let the tool auto-detect your competitors. In the settings menu, you can adjust tracking preferences for specific engines (like Claude or ChatGPT) and set your refresh frequency.
2. The Brand Monitor Dashboard
- Visibility Score & Rank: Track how often you appear versus rivals through line and bar charts.
- Average Position: Monitor your spot in AI-generated lists.
- Share of Voice: See your dominance percentage in a clear pie chart.
- Heatmap: Compare performance across different engines and themes to identify gaps.
3. Deep-Dive Insights Go to Prompts Insights to see the queries driving your visibility.
- Responses & Citations: View raw AI outputs, rank, and specific snippets. The Citations tab shows every URL the AI cited as a source.
- Query Fanout: This reveals the AI's "reasoning" by breaking complex questions into sub-queries.
- Sentiment & Citations: The Sentiment tab tracks if AI recommendations are positive or neutral, while the Citations tab identifies the high-value pages AI engines trust most.
4. The Recommendations Module (Taking Action) This is the most critical part of the tool. It provides three growth opportunities:
- New Article Opportunities: Generate "AI-ready" content to fill gaps where competitors are currently ranking.
- Backlink Suggestions: Secure links from AI-favored domains via our Marketplace or manual outreach.
- Platform Engagement: Find threads on Reddit or Quora to influence the data AI models are trained on.
5. AI Traffic Monitor Integrate Cloudflare to unlock the AI Traffic Monitor. This separates human traffic from AI bots (like GPTBot) and identifies your "Page Performance Superstars"—the pages linking your AI visibility to real growth.
