Welcome to the Scalenut Brand Monitor, your command center for measuring brand recommendations across the AI landscape. This tool reveals how often AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude favor your brand over competitors.
1. The High-Level KPIs At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find four essential performance indicators:
- Visibility Score: A percentage showing how frequently your brand appears in AI answers. It’s the perfect metric to track the impact of new content launches.
- Visibility Rank: Your numerical standing (e.g., #1 or #2) on the leaderboard. Click ‘Expanded View’ to see the full list of competitors the AI is currently prioritizing.
- Average Position: A lower number here means you are being listed higher in AI responses. Toggle between line and bar charts to see if the AI knows your brand but isn't yet prioritizing it at the top.
- Share of Voice: Visualized as a pie chart, this shows the percentage of total AI mentions belonging to you. Use the ‘Expanded View’ to see who is gaining or losing market share in real-time.
2. Advanced Diagnostics: Heatmaps & Rankings For a deeper look into your performance, use the Visibility Heatmap. This color-coded grid compares your performance across different AI engines. You can toggle by competitor or theme and filter between Visibility Score and Average Position to pinpoint exactly which topics need content tweaks.
3. Visibility Rankings Finally, check the Visibility Rankings section. This shows which brands are topping specific themes and prompts. By clicking on a theme, you can see the related user questions, instantly revealing your topical strengths and the "invisible" gaps where you need to build more machine trust.
The Brand Monitor turns AI search data into actionable insights. Use it to outpace your rivals and dominate the modern discovery engine.
